What we’re doing together: Helping Samsung make cutting-edge technology more accessible through Samsung Flex, a circular subscription model that lowers the monthly cost for customers while extending the lifecycle of every device. Lisa& provides the full embedded-lending infrastructure behind the scenes: financing, risk management, customer validation, asset handling, and refurbishment operations. The solution is fully white-labelled, allowing Samsung to maintain complete ownership of the customer relationship and experience.

Impact so far: Samsung Flex is live across the Nordics and has become a strategic lever for strengthening long-term customer relationships, boosting approval rates, and advancing Samsung’s circularity ambitions.

What we’re doing together: We partnered with Macforum to implement, finance, and grow the subscription model Macforum plus.

Impact so far: Offering Apple products at the most competitive monthly rate available in Sweden, Macforum has seen significant customer interest emerge within the first week of going live.

Greenmind

Denmark's largest player when it comes to used electronics.

What we’re doing together: We partnered with Greenmind to implement, finance, launch, and grow the subscription model Greenmind One. Making used, refurbished smarphones available on a private lease.

Impact so far: Greenmind's market-leading monthly rate on smarthpones has driven strong customer interest in its very first week.

Axkid

Award-winning carseats and accessories with unmatched safety and sustainability.

What we’re doing together: We partnered with Axkid to finance, launch, and grow a circular business model for premium child car seats and accessories where consumers can rent and switch carseats over time instead of buying them.


Impact: Launching Axkid in Sweden and Germany, with high interest from consumers. The company now has a financial foundation and is set up to expand on a global scale.

Highly adaptable, subscription-based office furnishings for the modern workplace.

What we’re doing together: We are Nornorm’s financial partner in helping to make circularity the new norm. We provide capital and help manage assets to support their long-term growth.

Impact so far: Our joint projects have already shown significant impact on CO2 reduction, with up to 70% reduction in climate impact.
